YBDP Programs

Youth Business Initiative (YBI) is the YBDP's oldest program. YBI's mission is to promote positive communities through the creation and implementation of community assistance programs in YBDP communities.

The YBDP National Forum is the governing body of the young scholars of YBDP. The Forum acts as the main mechanism used to teach young scholars important leadership, business, and political skills.

The Hezekiah Griggs III Internship Program is a unique internship/program with the Founder of YBDP in which young scholars of YBDP have the opportunity to intern with Mr. Griggs' companies.

The Hezekiah Griggs III Jr. Executive Program is an executive training program with the Founder of YBDP in which current young scholars and alumni are trained to manage, executive, and run companies under the umbrella of the Hezekiah Griggs III family of businesses.
