About YBDP

Youth in Business Development Program (YBDP) is an international program aimed at providing young people throughout the world with important leadership and business skills.

Founded in 2005, YBDP's core mission is to spread the principles of entrepreneurship and innovation to communities throughout the world. Among the many benefits of the program, Young Scholars are given the opportunity to develop these important attributes:

Throughout the program, scholars are presented with several unique opportunities to learn and experience business management and leadership skills through specially crafted scenarios, and practical real-world initiatives/programs specifically designed to give young scholars a world-class enivornment within YBDP.

Young Scholars also participate in international conferences, political simulations, and other programs offered only to YBDP scholars. All Young Scholars are accepted and reviewed by Hezekiah Griggs III personally.
